Nigeria captain, Joseph Yobo is certain his future with Everton will be sorted out in a matter of days.

Yobo, 31, has been on loan to Turkish Cup champions, Fenerbahce for the past two seasons from English Premier League side, Everton.

In spite of being farmed out on loan by the English club, Yobo believes his "career has always been on the rise."

"My career has always been on the rise. I've been on loan to Fener where I won the Cup. Fener are a big club with big ambition and I'm happy to have played for them. My future will be settled soon," stated the former Olympique Marseille centre-back Tuesday in Lagos.

Yobo also spoke of his international career with Nigeria's Super Eagles after becoming the nation's most capped footballer.

The defender expressed unhappiness with missing the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in June owing to a hamstring injury.

But he was quick to note that in spite of the players being committed to the cause of the team, there has been a lack of "unity."

"I don't feel satisfied as a player after a decade without winning anything. We have won the bronze a number of times (at the Afcon). Hopefully we will qualify for the Nations Cup in South Africa next year and go a step further.

"(Stephen) Keshi knows what it takes to set up a flying team. We are committed but there's no unity," Yobo remarked.

Yobo has made 87 appearances for the Super Eagles since his debut in 2001.
