A new drink, Tropika, has made its way into the nation’s fruit drinks market. With the introduction of the new product, observers believe that the competition in the growing juice market will be keener.
In what looked like a strategic move to capture the youth market, handlers of the brand rolled out the drum at the Elegushi Private Beach, Lagos, recently and teeming youths an unbridled access to it. Besides, guests were treated to an enchanting evening of entertainment and performances. At the event, the promoters indicated that it would offer consumers a superior taste in addition to nutrition and refreshment.
According to the General Manager, Clover West Africa, Johan Voigt: “The new offering is made from real dairy skimmed milk and fruit juice and is available in orange, pine apple, mango peach, coco pine and apple variants. The uniquely smooth taste is sure to refresh and relax consumers. The producer of this unique and refreshing drink has taken care of all shades of customers as they have their brands in different sizes”.
Speaking on the ranges available in the market, the GM said it would be available for consumers in one litre, 500ml, 250ml, and 125ml sizes.
He further stated “Clover Industries has introduced Tropika into the Nigeria beverage market to share this really unique drinking experience unlike any other in the market currently. Tropika will become a part of life for a consumer who is looking for a smooth tasting healthy drink to relax and celebrate life every day, anywhere”.
On how best to enjoy the drink, he said that it would be best enjoyed when it is chilled, adding that it is easy to store and has a shelf life of 9 months un-opened. However, he further stated that once it is opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within four days.
