A soldier attached to the Special Task Force (STF) on Jos crises has shot and killed a security officer with the University of Jos, Plateau State.

Eye witness, who simply identified himself as Shehu said the incident took place along Yakubu Gowon way, Aglo-Jos by NASCO quarters, Jos at about 11:30am on Saturday.

The victim, a passenger in an Opel vectra car, was heading towards Terminus Park in Jos central area when he met his death.
