Three aides who were involved in the plane crash with Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai, were Sunday night transferred to the National Hospital, Abuja.

They were the governor's Aide de Camp (ADC), Dasat Illiya, who had reportedly been lying unconscious with a fractured leg at the specialist hospital in Yola, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the governor, Timo Dangana, who sources said has two fractures on both legs, and the Chief Detail to the Governor, Joel Dan, who has a fractured arm.

The trio were initially believed to have been transferred to Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, before their transfer to Abuja.

It was not clear why they were not taken to the National Hospital at the same time with Governor Suntai, who spent a night there before being flown to Germany on Saturday.
