The Sultan of Sokoto, Dr. Sa’ad Abubakar II and President general of the umbrella body for Northern Muslims, the Jama'tu Nasril Islam (JNI) Tuesday urged President Goodluck Jonathan to immediately grant amnesty to all members of the dreaded Islamic terrorist group, Boko Haram, so as to encourage  them to lay down their arms.
