Super Falcons star, Perpetua Nkwocha
Chairman, Senate Committee on Sports, Adamu Gumba has thrown his weight behind the proposed testimonial football match for retiring Super Falcons star, Perpetua Nkwocha.
He also assured the 36-year-old midfielder of the National Assembly’s support for her and other patriotic Nigerians, who have served the nation with all their energy.
Gumba also promised to liaise with his House of Representative colleague, Honourable Gaya in an effort to get both the Red and Green Chambers to support the testimonial, which is coming up in Calabar on November 18.
