The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has vowed to deduct the Area Councils funds on polio from source following the three polio cases recorded in the state, which now placed it on the list of high risk states.

The Minister of State, Oloye Olajumoke Akinjide disclosed this Thursday in Abuja while playing host to the Minister of State, Health and the Chairman Presidential Task Force on Polio Dr. Muhammad Ali Pate, saying the outbreak of polio was as a result of the lapses in management.
