Police detectives attached to the FESTAC Town Police Division, Lagos State Police Command, Tuesday arrested nine suspected kidnappers and rescued their victim, one Arinze Igboba.

The suspects were identified as Tochukwu Okojie, Joel, Miamani Odiz, Evarest, Okonkwo, Ikechukwu Obialor, Oforma Uguju and Emeka Ezeyum.

THISDAY gathered that the kidnappers were arrested as they were waiting for the N10million ransom
