Overland Airways has expanded its operations and has grown into a major airline in Nigeria with daily flight to six destinations, connecting hinterland cities from Abuja to Asaba, Bauchi, Ibadan, Ilorin and Lagos.
It also operates charter services into 16 airports and has been operating uninterrupted services since 2002.
“For over 10 years of airline operation in Nigeria, we pride ourselves as an organisation that provides excellent flight services at reasonable fares to our customers, even in the midst of economic downturn. Presently we operate discounted flight services on our Ilorin to Abuja to Ilorin flights, and Lagos to Ilorin to Lagos routes and we plan to introduce more promotional offers,” the airline’s management said.
Overland Airways was recently honoured with National Productivity Order of Merit Award by President Goodluck Jonathan in recognition of the airline’s productive and leadership role in Nigeria.
“This signifies the importance of Overland Airways’ contribution to national development. As a reputable and responsible operator in the aviation industry, we assure our customers that we will continue to serve them irrespective of the size or sentiment of any other player in the same trade and keep up our clean record of over 10 years,” the management of the airline also said.
