The Media and Publicity Director of the Oshiomhole Campaign Organisation, Mr. KassimAfegbua has stated that the policy and framework of Governor Adams Oshiomhole second term in office will be centred on job creation and intervention in the state economy.

He said this was necessary to further enhance the development of the state, “having used the first term to address the problem of infrastructure.” Addressing journalists in Benin Friday , Afegbua said Oshiomhole’s campaign for the July 14, 2012 election would be based on issues “to enable Edo people make informed choice at the polls,” adding “the challenge is on how to take the youths off the streets. In the next four years, he is going to create 13,000 jobs.” According to him, the governor’s economic team has already come out with a blueprint of mega projects that would generate the much needed employment for the youths in the state.
