Governor Adams Oshiomhole

Traditional rulers from Edo Central have described the Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, as the governor who has the genuine mandate of the Edo people.

The traditional rulers led by the Onojie of Opoji, Zaiki Aidenojie Ehidiame, during a congratulatory visit to Oshiomhole in Benin City, said since independence, the state has now witnessed the most transparent elections “where thugs were jobless.” 

They added, “We have come to congratulate the governor over the victory which revealed God’s hand at work. We have full confidence in the governor because he has the genuine mandate of the people.”
