Contrary to the claims of popular singer, Timaya, to being the chief executive officer of Black Body Entertainment, investigations by ShowbizFlair, show otherwise.

Timaya, who prides himself as the Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa had long created the impression he was the brains behind the entertainment outfit. But recent information available to ShowbizFlair reveals that he has a boss.

The information is that Black Body Entertainment is actually the brain child of young showbiz entrepreneur identified as Osa Osifo.

Sources say the young man resides in Canada from where he calls the shot as the boss of the entertainment outfit.

Though Osifo is said to be rarely around in Nigeria, he has built a reputation forged from his passionate care for his artistes, which includes Timaya whose real name is Inetimi Alfred Odom.

Further information shows that Osifo was the one who facilitated Timaya’s acquisition of a Rangerover Sport SUV recently.

“Black Body Entertainment was founded in 2008 as an independent record label. The company opened its official location in January 2010 in Ikeja, Lagos State.

The main focus of Black Body is to recruit and develop young and upcoming artists who possess the talent and the drive to produce music that embodies the Nigerian culture, with emphasis on educating and entertaining the music lovers within the borders of the country as well as globally.

We also aim to remain competitive and at the fore front in the Nigerian Entertainment industry. By 2013, Black Body Entertainment would be known to top the list of entertainment companies in West Africa with affiliations world wide.” he added
