  • The first person to be sacked in NIMASA should be the Director General for incompetence and outright stealing of public funds. What does this Government think it is doing ? The maritime industry from the perspective of NIMASA has been systematically destroyed by the president's stooge. Omar Suleiman of NPA was doing much better job than this non starter called Patrick Agbobolokemi Ziakede. Mshewwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • One of the major problem in Nigeria's quest to transit from the league of developing nations to that of a developed one is Godfather-ism in the appointment and nominations of officials into elective and non elective positions in government. Because of this fact officials are also sacked sometimes for gross incompetence, and in other times for criminal acts without such facts been exposed to the public. If we are to make progress in our vision 20-20-20 efforts, then relieving officials from their lofty positions should not be the only punishment for gross incompetence and fraudulent acts. Where necessary, in addition to been unceremoniously sacked, officials should also face criminal prosecution to serve as a deterrent to others.
