Kano State Comptroller, Dr. Brasca Ifeadi whp  performed the  decoration exercise  on the  officers   said they were the lucky ones whose promotions have been approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Abba Moro and the Comptroller General of Immigration, Mrs. Rose Uzoma.

He warned them not to involve themselves in illegal operations, saying that  doing so will amount to disobedience to the rules of engagement in service.

The Comptroller also advised the newly promoted officers not to go AWOL (Absence without Leave) as they need to justify the salaries they are  being paid
He added that they should ensure vigilance at  all times in view of the prevailing security challenges in the country.
