Stakeholders in the Information and Communications Technology sector have expressed concern over the unabated issue of service quality in the country.
They stated during the consultative forum on engineering and emerging technologies, with a theme ‘Microwave Frequency Management and Deployment in Nigeria: Challenges and the way forward’ organised by the Nigerian Communications Commission, that unless issues of cost, coordination and management of the microwave frequencies were resolved the problem might remain.
The Executive Vice-chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Mr. Egene Juwah who was the lead speaker in his address told the gathering that concerns bothering on development, challenges, deployment, techniques, impediments, coordination and management of the microwave frequencies must be addressed in order to improve the service quality.
