CSKA Moscow star Ahmed Musa
CSKA Moscow star Ahmed Musa has said his high-riding club will beat closest rivals Anzhi Matchakala in Sunday’s top-of-the-table clash. CSKA lead the Russian Premier League table with 40 points, three points more that second-placed Anzhi, who parade the great Samuel Eto’o Fils. Nigeria international Musa told MTNFootball.com that victory on today would consolidate their leadership.
“I am just looking forward to victory in the game, which will be interesting and tough because it is very important to both teams. We want to consolidate our position, while they want to catch up,” he said. “I believe we have all it takes to beat them. I will do my best to see we do just that.”
Musa said he hopes to pick up a few tips when he comes up against Eto’o.
“This is not my first time of playing against him and honestly it is good to play against such a big star because you will learn from them so as to improve yourself,” he said.
