Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan

Special Adviser to the President Goodluck Jonathan on Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Prof. Sylvester Monye, yesterday said the Commander of the Order of Niger (CON) award conferred on the Delta State Governor, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan, was a special honour to him and the state.

He added that it was a befitting recognition on the achievements of the governor particularly to build a state without oil and gas. Speaking at a dinner in Abuja, Monye said: “Uduaghan has made Asaba a befitting state capital and has not discriminated against Delta North or any other part of the state.”
