Foodstuff on display

(Reuters) - Malawi's consumer inflation quickened to 7.6 percent year-on-year in August from 7.4 percent in July, the country's National Statistical Office (NSO) said on Friday.

"The upward trend in headline inflation is being driven by the continuing rise in non-food inflation," the NSO said in a statement.
