The All Nigeria Peoples Party [ANPP] has urged both the Executive and Legislative arms of government to join hands to unearth the mystery surrounding the unprecedented corruption scandal in the country's pension scheme.
The party said its attention has been drawn to media reports where it is stated that the Senate on Wednesday gave President Goodluck Jonathan a two-day ultimatum within which to sack the Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team, Mr. Abdulrasheed Maina, from the Federal Civil Service.
In a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Chief Emma Eneukwu, the party asked the federal government to reconsider its stance on this whole affair in the interest of the war against corruption.
