A bomb has exploded at a Catholic Church in Ungwar Yero in Malali area of Kaduna city.

The incident came just when residents of the city thought they had enjoyed a crisis-free Sallah celebrations.

Casualty figures from the Sunday morning blast are yet unknown as details of the incident still remain sketchy.

But a source said those injured are being rushed to the St. Gerald Catholic Hospital in Kakuri area of the city.
