The Pan-Igbo socio-political unity group, C21, has charged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to see the forthcoming Edo gubernatorial election as a ‘transformational atonement’ for their unflattering record.

Delivering this advice Tuesday, the President of the group, Sen. Annie Okonkwo,  said: “INEC must use the July 14 elections to transparently atone for the grievous injuries the people suffered before by making sure the outcome of this coming one reflect their candid electoral choice and preference.”
