Symbol of justice

There seem to be no respite for the people of Bakassi Peninsula as the Society for International Relations Awareness (SIRA) Wednesday kicked against the clamour for a review of the 2002 judgment of the International Court  of Justice (ICJ).

In a presentation made before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, the group made up of professionals and experts in foreign relations described the review as a waste of time.

It rather urged the National Assembly to delist  Bakassi Local Government Area from the 1999 Constitution as the territory belonged to Cameroun.
