Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State

Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State has stated that his involvement in a recent car crash in Lokoja, last December, was an eye opener that has  would  energise him toward providing much needed  development in the state.

Wada stated this at his Maitama residence, Abuja while receiving a delegation of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Kogi State Council, who were on a 'get well'  visit  to him  over the weekend.

The Governor, who stood for several minutes addressing the delegation, said although he was not in Lokoja,    government activities were going on.
