As part of its resolve to celebrate the giants of Nigeria’s residential and commercial real estate industry, Global Homes Magazine is scheduled to hold the second edition of Global Home Nigeria Property Awards in November this year.
The publication is for property investors, home owners and buyers, with editorial mix comprising showcasing of properties, interior design, gardening, and landscaping, finance, legal, government, travel, hotels and comprehensive review on both local and international levels.
This year’s 2012 awards which would help promote high level of quality on offer in Nigeria real estate, construction, architectural and interior design sectors, as well as the professional services available, is billed to hold on November 10, 2012 at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
The special guest of honour is the Managing Director Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Mr. Terver Gemade.
Publisher, Global Homes Magazine Mrs. Roni Akins, dropped the hint during a media parley at her London office while reviewing the maiden edition of the awards, won by Aso Savings and Loans Plc-Best Mortgage Bank of the year 2011, UPDC-best property development of the year 2011, and Broll Property Services Ltd - Best property management company, among others.
According to her, “our 2nd Global Home Nigeria Property Awards will hold on November, 10 with the Annual Gala Dinner, which will attract over 200 CEOs, MDs, Presidents and other senior management figures from Nigeria’s real estate and other related industry icons.
Akins encouraged government institutions, corporate bodies and individual mortgage icons to participate as sponsors to the event promising that their respective companies would reach the top decision makers in the sector, as well as unique networking opportunities.
She stated further that, with great anticipation she looked forward to the award night which would provide a targeted approach to promoting the organisation’s corporate image, products and services as well as creating greater market awareness.
The number of the categories of this year’s award has been slated to 15 with each sector with specific categories to reflect the important role that each category represents.
