Former NFA Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima
Former NFA Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima, who is presently in Saudi Arabia Arabia, says he has been praying for the success of the national team in the holy land, where he is currently on pilgrimage and believes that the team will qualify for the SA 2013 Nations Cup.
Galadima spoke to Eagles Media Officer, Ben Alaiya, from the Holy Land said he was on the pilgrimage with his wife and they have both been praying for the success of the national team, after the last mishap, when the team failed to qualify for the Equatorial Guinea-Gabon Nations Cup finals.
Hear Galadima: “I wish the team well and I have been praying for the team and Coach Keshi, because I believe he has good thoughts to move Nigerian football forward and he must be supported. Tell the team that we are in support of their qualification ambition and I’m sure that the team will make it to South Africa.”
NFF President, Aminu Maigari, has said one of his cardinal programmes as leader of the Nigerian football family will be to unite all past and present leadership and players, as a united front remains one of the ways to reinvent Nigerian football.
