Following an earlier awareness at some tertiary institutions in Lagos and Ibadan, First Bank of Nigeria has officially launched its ‘Expressions on Cards’ product.
With the ‘Expressions on Cards’, First Bank customers can assume control of the look and design of their Naira MasterCard by exercising the freedom to print images of their loved ones and favourite moments of their lives on their cards.
The product was unveiled at an event took which place took place in Lagos.
Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, First Bank, Mr. Bisi Onasanya, who was presented a customised card at the event, said the product was initiated to personally “and emotionally engage our customers across all segments and inherently encourage card usage, particularly within the youth segment as the key drivers of the economy in the nearest future.”
According to Onasanya, the new product is an indication that First Bank is youth-centric and highly sensitive to the desire of its customers.
He added: “At First Bank, we would keep developing bespoke products and services aimed at addressing specific needs of our discerning customers.”
On her part, Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, First Bank, Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuney, said the bank was proud of its unwavering dynamism and youth-centricity as well as its consistent evolution as a one-stop financial institution focused on meeting the needs of its customers.
"In so doing, we pay particular attention to celebrating the individuality of our customers through personalised products, like the ‘Expressions on Card,'" she said.
The bank’s Head, e-Business, Mr. Chuma Ezirim, said the product was to appreciate customers’ patronage, adding that it was also to restate the bank’s commitment to satisfy its customers.
