The Federal Government is planning to build six new world class terminals in the three wings of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos to further improve the quality of services provided by the aviation industry to people of the country and foreigners.

This was among the outcome of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting preside over by President Goodluck Jonathan Wednesday. For the second week the meeting has been focusing on the review of the performance of ministries during the year.

Wednesday the ministries of aviation and communications technology took turn to brief the council on their achievements.

The council also approved the entry of Nigeria into the Organization of French Speaking Countries as an observer as well as the approval of an agreement between Nigeria and Sweden to jettison double taxation of business proceeds.
