Kano Pillars' manager, Mohammed Baba Ganaru has assured fans the best of his wards against Kwara United on Wednesday.
Both NPL sides are locked in a titanic duel in Matchday Two at the ongoing group games of the Federation Cup competition in Lagos.
The Pyramid side shared the spoils with Crown FC on Matchday One while the llorin-based side went down to promoted side, El-Kanemi Warriors at the Agege Stadium, Lagos.
Ganaru, who profusely apologised to the fans for their under performance against Crown FC, told SuperSport.com that they will make it up to them against Kwara United.
"We didn't give the fans worth of their massive support, we disappointed them. I know we didn't impress them in our first game.
"It was a game we desperately wanted to win but it fell flat. Many of them must have trooped out to see the best of Kano Pillars, they must have heard that we play good football but against Crown we let them down.
"We'll make it up to them with the tie against Kwara United on Wednesday.
"It's a must win game for us, in addition, we must strive to satisfy the fans.
"Anything short of convincing win will be unacceptable. We must be sure of our qualification after the tie against Kwara United, we can't hold it till the last game," he said.
Kano Pillars' last group game will be against high-riding El-Kanemi Warriors on Friday.
Two top teams will proceed to the last eight from the group.
The other Matchday Two duel will be between table-topping El-Kanemi Warriors and Crown FC.
