The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will today arraign the Deputy Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Mato Dary Dogara, and five others before a Federal High Court in Kaduna.

In a statement signed by the commission’s Acting Head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, said Gogara will be arraigned alongside five others, including the Chairman of Lere Local Government Area in Kaduna State, Mr. Kabiru Tahir Malali, and the council’s Treasurer, Ahmed Yahaya, on a six-count charge, which borders on contract invoicing and alleged diversion of funds.
The statement added that Dogara was former chairman of Lere local government area and also served as commissioner in the state.
