To further entertain its customers on the go, DStv, a television network channels has introduced mobile television called Walka 7 into the Nigerian market.
Unveiling the mobile device in Lagos recently, General Manager, DStv Mobile, Mr. Mayo Okunola, said the mobile television remained affordable and was meant for subscribers on the DStv network.
He said the essence was to make subscribers have a feel of the action when not at home and also to be able to enjoy programmes at any time, and place at their leisure.
The device, which has a battery life of 6 hours and at an affordable
price of N18,900, Okunola added needed not be subscribed to anymore as long as customers have already done so before and could be automatically connected anytime they tune in outside their homes.
He further hinted that in case the device was stolen, all the customer needed to do was to call the customer care and it would be disconnected since according to him, “owners have their account with us”.
According to him, some of the features include that it comes with 7 inch LED screens, high quality digital video and audio sound and up to 16 channels that will keep entertained subscribers on the go.
