Members of the National Assembly have been advised to adopt more grassroots approach and involve more Nigerians in the ongoing quest to review the 1999 constitution.
The former National President of Nigerian Licenced Custom Agents and chieftain of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Ernest Elochukwu gave this advice while speaking to journalists at the weekend, insisting that Nigerians must be allowed to have a say in the exercise.
Elochukwu noted that grassroots participation must be the corner stone of the new constitution.
