The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP) has expressed concerns over growing dictatorship by Federal Government and it's  agencies through flagrant disregard to court orders.

CNPP said in a statement issued in Abuja on Thursday by its Secretary General, Chief Willy Ezugwu that several government agencies which are supposed to be manned by technocrats are showing indignation and disrespect to rule of law and judicial process.

“Selective implementation of court ruling is nothing new to Nigeria but government agencies under President Jonathan have taken it to a new level.

Ezeugwu made reference to the handling of the fraud allegation involving Capital Oil and Gas Limited, describing the action of Assets Management Corporation of Nigerian (AMCON) in whole saga as amounting to double standards.
