Mainstreet Bank
Full time business has begun at Fairtrade Business Complex, Abuja that was developed by Mainstreet Bank Estate Company Limited; a subsidiary of Mainstreet Bank Limited.
The Complex has a fully packaged eatery space with furnished food court and an ice cream parlour. It also has five units of shops that are available for sale to prospective investors that would like to key into this investment. The eatery space enjoys the efficient services of a fully functional complex and is a ready market for investors, occupiers of shops, residents of the area and visitors from far places. The available Food Court area with double atrium gallery consists of two eatery spaces and a space that could serve as an Ice-cream parlour. “This space is available for use by those with an eye for viable businesses such as a bar/bush-bar, restaurant, fast food centre (for both local and international cuisines), viewing centres and other similar uses.”
The eatery, the estate firm said is also available for lease at N70,000 per square metre while the shops are for outright sale at the rate of N500,000 per square metre. There are 60 shops in the complex, 55 of which have been fully sold and occupied. The remaining 5 shops vary in sizes from over 20-65 square meters, according to a statement released recently by the Company’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Mrs. Florence Ize-Iyamu.
Located within easy reach at 22, Kigoma Street (opposite NAFDAC Headquarters) in Wuse Zone seven District of Abuja, Fair Trade Business Complex is a unique brand, a mix of shops, offices, eateries, banking and purpose-built spaces.
The complex is excellently finished with vitrified floor tiles, P.O.P skimmed wall/ceiling. The roof cover comprises partly long span aluminum and partly dome shaped Dampalon reflective roofing system. To prevent fire outbreak, the complex is well equipped with fire detection and fighting system. The landscape is enthralling, consisting of luscious lawns, exotic flowers and ornamental trees. The complex which is paved entirely on the un-built area is confined within a dwarf perimeter wall fenced with burglary proof inlaid and with street lights to illuminate the complex at night. Safe drinking water is provided from our treatment plant connected to the borehole.
To boost electricity supply in the complex is a dedicated PHCN transformer. Electricity supply is augmented with three standby generators of 500KVA, 250KVA and 135KVA capacities. Delayed responses in change-over operations are eliminated with an auto change-over system.
