Latest reports in UK tabloid The Sun indicates that David Beckham will be joining Arsenal today to start training with the London club's first team as he hopes to keep fit before making a decision on what club he will finally sign for in the coming days.
The former England superstar, 37, is reporting for duty at Arsenal’s state-of-the-art Hertfordshire training HQ this morning determined to prove he can still play at the highest level, reports futaa.com.
An Arsenal insider told the Sun: “Beckham wanted this all kept hush-hush. You have to wonder why?”
Becks has returned to England after his contract with MLS champs LA Galaxy expired.
The former England international is not tied to any club after seeing through his five-year contract with LA Galaxy.
There was talk that the midfielder could be heading for big-spending French giants Paris Saint-Germain or Italians AC Milan where he has had two previous loan spells.
