GP, Mohammed Abubakar Unknown gunmen Friday night injured  a police officer during an attack on  the Dass Divisional Police Station in Dass Local Government Area of Bauchi State.

The yet to be identified policeman attached to the division was shot on the neck and currently on admission at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH) while other policemen on duty managed to escaped.

THISDAY checks  revealed that the unidentified gunmen stormed police station at about 9pm on Friday night and threw an improvise  explosive device (IED) at  the station.
