A group of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Assembly candidates in Anambra State at the weekend pledged to continue to support the governor of the state, Mr. Peter Obi, for his unrivalled achievements since assuming office seven years ago.

Acting under the aegis of Anambra APGA House of Assembly Candidates’ Forum , the group in a resolution passed after its general meeting held in Awka, described Obi as the best governor the state has had since its creation and pledged its support to him as the leader of the party in state.

The resolution signed by Ebele Onyekwelu for and on behalf of all the House Assembly candidates of the party in the 21 Local Government Area pledged to continue to contribute to the growth and development of the party and ensure its victory in all subsequent elections in the state.

While expressing appreciation to Obi for recognising and supporting the forum, the APGA House of Assembly candidates pledged to continue to put in their best to ensure that APGA remains one, united, progressive, popular and victorious party in the state and the country at large.
