Nigeria Leadership Summit, a platform designed by Anabel Leadership Academy (ALA) to provide the Nigerian public the opportunity to brainstorm on the challenges facing leadership in the country, will hold its summit today at Oriental Hotel, Lekki.

The summit will also provide a platform for like-minded individuals in Nigeria to share experiences, programmes and ideas for the way forward and a way out of the country’s perennial leadership crisis from a corporate or political stand point.

The ALA founded the Nigeria Leadership Summit in an effort to provide the nation and its leaders access and the opportunity to engage visionary leaders and to support the process of building innovative leaders for the eventual transformation of Nigeria.

ALA, however, believes that this year’s summit with the theme: “Let Focus on Leadership” will give those attending a feeling of renewed sense of purpose and a burning desire to change their lives, their organisations and subsequently change the nation.

“The group strongly believes that for any organisation or corporation to improve, it must focus on the leadership skills of its people, and the same goes for our nation,” the group stated.
“We can only change Nigeria if we change Nigerians, one Nigerian at a time. And that is the mission of the The Nigeria Leadership Summit and The Anabel Leadership Academy (ALA)”

The speakers that would grace the event include, Chairman of the Event, Chief Leo Stand Ekeh, the guest of honor, Deputy Speaker, Hon Emeka Ihedioha , Donald Duke, Prof Dora Akunyli, Chairman of the national Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Dr. Sam Amadi, Chairman of Silver Bird Group, Ben Bruce,

Other speakers include, President of Anabel Group and founder of the Nigeria Leadership Summit, Nicholas Okoye, Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, Tonye Cole, Chairman of Nest Oil, Dr Ernest Azudialu, Ambassador George Obiozor,  Prof. Pat Utomi, Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Dr. Chidi Odinkalu and Genevieve Nnaji.
The Nigeria Leadership Summit is an annual event focusing on the nation’s strategic policy dialogue circuit and will work with identified visionary leaders across the board.
