Air France KLM has honoured its elite customers through a Customer-focused dinner. The exclusive event took place recently at the prestigious Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos.
The aim of the dinner, among others, was to showcase the group’s numerous products and services, intimate its customers on its customer-oriented innovations that will be unveiled in the coming year, and also get a feedback on how best to serve them better.
These products and services include Express mobile internet check in for elite passengers who have no checked in baggage; and Skypriority, under which are a range of consistent ground services for premium passengers at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos, which includes priority right up to the boarding gate, faster privileged access through security checkpoints and passport control, priority at boarding and priority baggage delivery.
According to the airline, “Ä la carte menu available on our Premium Economy and Economy class including Nigerian meals served on flights leaving from Nigeria. Popular Nigerian meals (such as rice, yam porridge, beans, fried plantain and suya) are available though only on KLM business class.
Future innovations include revamping of the Air France KLM lounge at the Murtala International Airport Lagos, full flatbed in Air France and KLM Business Class cabins from 2013, and the ability for passengers to download newspapers on to their smart phones from 2013.
The event climaxed with a raffle draw and two lucky customers emerged winners of two business class tickets, including Prof. Ralph Akinfeleye and Mrs. Magdalene Bassey Akpan Westerhoff.
