The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) has vowed that no obstacle would derail the opposition parties' mission of uniting to salvage the country.

While formally unveiling its 19-member merger committee, the party said  it is committed to concluding the merger plan with the Congress for Progressive  Change (CPC) and All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).

It said the party's 19-member committee has been given the mandate to negotiate its planned merger with the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).
