Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN)  and Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) have faulted the Federal Government's 2013 budgetary allocations as well as   implementation of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P).

ACN alleged that the Federal Government's  SURE-Programme is witnessing some abuses which amounted to a gross violation of the country's constitution and constitutes an impeachable offence.

On the other hand, the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC)  said the N253Billion budget proposal by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Mr Bala Muhammed, and which has been approved by the President contained questionable sectoral allocations.
