Indications emerged yesterday that the explosion that rocked a car park opposite the Kryxstal Lounge , a relaxation spot in Wuse 11, Abuja,  Friday night, destroying six vehicles, may have been a bomb apparently thrown from a moving vehicle.

The Federal Capital Territory Commissioner of Police, Adenrele Shinaba, who gave the indications, told journalists at the scene of the explosion that the blast resulted from a bomb that was thrown from a moving vehicle but missed its target, saying  no arrest had been made.

Shinaba assured residents of police preparedness to contain any threats to law and order just as he urged the public to assist law enforcement agencies with credible information that can help them.

The manager of the club, Alex Zanator,  said that no patron of the club was injured by the blast which was thrown at vehicles parked across the building.
