IGP Mohammed Abubakar is in Ondo State

A total of 11,000 policemen have been deployed for the Ondo election, taking place Saturday.

Three policemen will man each polling booth during the exercise while  election materials have been delivered to every local govt council in the state ahead of the poll.

Meanwhile, the Police Command in the state has withdrawn police escorts attached to political office holders in Ondo State.
