Golden Tulip Festac

Golden Tulip Festac, has set Friday 28 and Sunday 30th this month for the popular 1001 Arabian Nights, as a tool towards rebuilding and contributing to Festac.

According to the General Manager of the Hotel at a media parley at the hotel, last week, Mr. Shousha Moshen, ‘’if FESTAC was the centre of the African culture in the 70s then we want to redevelop it. We decided to start with the music and art to rebuild the place.”
Having suffered a lot of crime in the past, this festive season presents the opportunity for the hotel to change the negative image of the area.

According to him, the Arabian/Nigerian arts and music will feature a team of beautiful Egyptian lady belly dancers, notable Nigerian musicians like Muma Gee, GT the Guitar Boy and a host of others were expected to feature at the events. “Every single detail from food to settings will reflect Nigerian, Arabian and Egyptian including Tanoura, he said”

Meanwhile, the Sales and Marketting Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Ele, explained that a lot of activities were packaged for the programme between Nigeria and Egypt. “This type of mega has never happened before in any hotel and we have a lot to show to the world.”
Each of the nights, which are sponsored by Egypt Air, is to kick-off at 7.oopm with a Red carpet and coming on the heels of Christmas and New Year festivities, will take place on 28th and 30th of this month.

Raffle tickets to be won by guest include four return tickets, each to Paris, Amsterdam, London and UAE. Also, weekend vouchers for two at Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra, Kumasi both in Ghana and Festac Lagos willl be won. Others include four dinner vouchers to the Arabian night of Golden Tulip Festac and other exciting vouchers.

Price range for the show starts from three thousand naira while show plus cocktail costs five thousand naira; show and dinner is for 12 thousand naira while show, dinner, room (single occupancy) is twenty-five thousand naira
